Service Description

Open Mat classes are recommended only after you’ve attended at least 3 months of classes with us. In this session, you put everything you have learned to the test and practise your moves with your fellow judokas. Open Mat sessions are recommended once you have attended 3 months or more. A qualified coach will be in attendance but it will not be formally coached.
